Under the MRS and ESOMAR market research guidelines to which Empathy Research subscribe, we are not permitted to sell you anything at any time. The Ideas Panel Community exists solely for market research purposes.

- Empathy Research makes a commitment to each member that it will ensure the utmost data protection and confidentiality and therefore maintain the anonymity of each member online.
- The information you give us will be treated as confidential, unless you have given your consent to the contrary, and will always be aggregated with other responses.
I. Data Protection
By submitting your application to become a member of the Ideas Panel Community, you consent to Empathy Research to hold, store, process, and use the information you submit for the purposes of market research. Your personal details will not be disclosed to any third party without your permission. Please note that information disclosed by you will not necessarily be stored anonymously but will be stored securely. If you do not wish Empathy Research to use data submitted by you in this way, please do not subscribe to the Ideas Panel Community.
The member has the right at any time to request a copy of any "personal data" within the meaning of the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2003 (as amended, re-enacted or replaced from time to time) that Empathy Research holds about the member (for which Empathy Research may charge a small fee) and to have accuracies in that information corrected, by writing to Empathy Research.

If you no longer wish to receive emails from Empathy Research about the Ideas Panel Community, you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link which can be found in most of the emails sent to members, within the www.ideaspanel.ie site or by emailing (insert email address) with the word "Unsubscribe" as well as your Username must be specified clearly in the message so that the request can be authenticated.
